Group of tree plantersThe treeplanting season has come to a close and Conservation Volunteers have been particularly busy this year. The Northern Ireland Tree Campaign has planted thousands of trees in schools and with community groups through its Free Tree scheme - see a few of the stories here.

Spring into Action is just around the corner, with events across Northern Ireland to help animals, plants and habitats! There will be a special event at Cave Hill Country Park on 2 May to celebrate the completion of the path restoration with refreshments in the zoo afterwards. For more information contact Helen Tomb.
