Spring into ActionBTCV's Spring into Action is in full flow. To mark the start in Northern Ireland there was a special event at Cave Hill Country Park on 2 May. The event was a celebration of the completion of the park's path restoration with refreshments in the zoo afterwards!

There are still plenty of ways to get involved - find your local Spring into Action opportunties.

Spring(watch) into Action!Springwatch Action Team (SWAT) is a transformation project run by BBC Breathing Places where a team of volunteers led by Conservation Volunteers will work to create a real Breathing Place.

Playtrail shows children the wayPupils from two schools in L/Derry were out recently with Conservation Volunteers learning how to be friendly to wildlife.

Make Room for WildlifeConservation Volunteers, in conjunction with Derry City Council and 'Sow & Grow' Horticultural Unit, are creating a recycling-garden that will be attractive to wildlife at Garden Show Ireland between 6-8 June 2008, at Hillsborough Castle.

Millennium Volunteers success...
Millennium Volunteers success...At the end of March 2008, Conservation Volunteers’ ten year association with Millennium Volunteers (MV) came to a close. Over one hundred 18-24 year-old volunteers have enjoyed their experiences with us during the lifetime of MV.
